Payment method

Secure Enterprise Transactions & Compliance

At GPU Supply Co., we facilitate high-value hardware procurement for global enterprises and research institutions. Operating distribution hubs across the United States, Singapore, and Hong Kong, we have optimized our payment gateways to ensure maximum security, international compliance, and rapid order processing.

We offer the following standardized payment methods for our B2B clients:

1. Wire Transfer & ACH (Preferred for All Volume Orders)

Because our average order value significantly exceeds standard retail limits, Direct Bank Transfer (Wire/SWIFT) and ACH Payments are our mandatory and preferred methods for all bulk hardware procurement.

  • Why Wire/ACH? This method carries zero processing surcharges from our end, allowing us to offer you the most competitive, tiered wholesale pricing on your GPUs.
  • The Process: Upon approving your custom quote, our accounting team will issue a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) containing our verified corporate banking details.
  • Fulfillment: Your inventory is immediately allocated upon quote approval and will be securely dispatched the moment your funds clear into our accounts.

Corporate Identity & Billing Beneficiary

Please be advised for your procurement and accounting records: GPU Supply Co. is the dedicated enterprise hardware division and commercial trading storefront of Robert Computer Hardware Ltd, a registered corporate entity in Wyoming, United States.

To ensure global financial compliance and seamless clearing of high-value transactions, all formal quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and banking instructions will be officially issued under our legal operating entity name. Therefore, the beneficiary name on our verified wire transfer/ACH instructions will explicitly read “Robert Computer Hardware Ltd.” All hardware fulfillment, logistics, and independent warranty agreements are legally executed and fully guaranteed by Robert Computer Hardware Ltd.

2. Credit & Debit Cards (Strictly Under $5,000 USD)

For smaller sample orders, rapid prototyping needs, or single-unit purchases, we do accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our encrypted payment gateway, subject to the following strict conditions:

  • Transaction Limit: Card payments are strictly capped at $5,000 USD per transaction/order. Any order exceeding this amount must be paid via Wire Transfer or ACH.
  • Processing Fee: All credit and debit card transactions are subject to a non-refundable 3% processing surcharge, which is passed on directly from the gateway provider and will be added to your final invoice.
  • Fraud Prevention: To protect against chargeback fraud, orders placed via card may require matching billing and shipping addresses, and may be subject to additional identity verification.

Global Export Compliance & KYC Policy

As a responsible international distributor of NVIDIA architecture, GPU Supply Co. strictly adheres to all international trade laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

While our primary inventory consists of standard professional workstation GPUs, we maintain a zero-tolerance compliance policy:

  • End-User Restrictions: We strictly do not supply hardware to any military, defense, or sanctioned state entities. Our products are exclusively for commercial, enterprise, creative, and scientific research applications.
  • Embargoed Nations: We do not ship to countries or regions currently under comprehensive U.S. or international trade embargoes.
  • Know Your Customer (KYC): For large volume orders dispatched from our US, Singapore, or Hong Kong facilities, we reserve the right to request an End-User Statement (EUS) or company registration details prior to clearing the transaction.

By operating with full transparency and strict legal compliance, we ensure that both our inventory and our clients’ capital remain 100% secure across all global jurisdictions.
