Warranty & RMA Policy

1. Limited Warranty Period

Warranty & Hardware Support

Standard Manufacturer Warranty: > GPU Supply Co. partners exclusively with official, authorized regional distributors. Therefore, all brand-new hardware products are covered directly by the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM) standard warranty (e.g., NVIDIA, PNY, Supermicro). Warranty terms, duration, and technical support are strictly governed by the respective manufacturer’s policies. Because we supply 100% genuine regional SKUs, your hardware is fully eligible for direct OEM support without any cross-border restrictions.

Premium RMA Facilitation Service (Optional): We understand that enterprise downtime is costly and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedures can be time-consuming. As an optional add-on, GPU Supply Co. offers a Premium RMA Facilitation Service for a 3% surcharge on the product price. Under this SLA, our support team will handle the entire end-to-end return, shipping liaison, and replacement negotiation with the manufacturer on your behalf, providing you with a single point of contact and peace of mind.

2. Warranty Exclusions (Void Conditions)

To maintain the highest standards of hardware integrity, the warranty will be rendered void if the product shows any of the following conditions. Our technical team performs a rigorous inspection upon receipt of any RMA unit.

A. Physical & Mechanical Damage:

  • Structural Integrity: Any signs of physical impact, including but not limited to dents, cracks, fractured components, or warped PCB (Printed Circuit Board).
  • Bent Components: Bent pins (especially on CPU sockets or interface headers), bent brackets, or distorted heat sinks.
  • Connector Damage: Broken, burnt, or cracked interface ports (PCIe, SATA, SAS, HDMI, DisplayPort, or Power Headers).

B. Environmental & Operational Misuse:

  • Corrosion & Oxidation: Signs of exposure to moisture, liquid spills, or high-humidity environments leading to oxidation on the circuitry.
  • Thermal Damage: Evidence of overheating due to inadequate ventilation or “Component Charring” (burnt marks) caused by unstable external power supplies.
  • Contamination: Excessive accumulation of dust, oil, or foreign substances that compromise the cooling system or electrical paths.

C. Unauthorized Modification & Tampering:

  • Warranty Seals: Removal, tampering, or defacing of the original Serial Number (S/N) labels, factory warranty seals, or Barcode stickers.
  • Firmware/BIOS: Unauthorized flashing of non-official BIOS or firmware that leads to “bricking” the device.
  • Physical Alteration: Any modification to the original factory cooling solution (e.g., removing the shroud/fan), soldering, or painting.

3. Shipping & Returns

  • RMA Authorization: No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA Number issued by GPU Supply Co.
  • Protective Packaging: Returned items must be shipped in their original anti-static packaging or equivalent professional-grade protection. Damage incurred during return transit due to inadequate packaging will be the sole responsibility of the sender and will void the warranty.
